Where and when are the Christmas mini photo sessions?

Our next Christmas mini photo sessions are on Saturday 14 November 2026 at Gaywood Church Rooms, Gayton Road, King’s Lynn, running from 10am to 4pm. Our first event at The Duke’s Head Hotel on Sunday 8 November is now sold out.

Is there anything we should know about the venue?

For everyone’s safety, please keep children out of the churchyard, as some of the gravestones are unstable. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on site, including the car park.

How much does a session cost?

The complete package costs £85. After signing your agreement, you’ll receive an invoice for the £20 non-refundable booking fee. The remaining £65 is due seven days before your session.

How does the booking process work?

First, choose your preferred time through our online booking form. This places a temporary hold on the slot. We’ll then send your agreement to sign, followed by an invoice for the £20 non-refundable booking fee. Your session is confirmed once the agreement is signed and the booking fee has been paid. The remaining £65 is due seven days before your session.

What is included?

Each of our Christmas mini photo sessions lasts up to 20 minutes and includes 6 professionally edited, high-resolution digital images. You will receive a private online gallery where you can select and download your included favourites.

How long until we receive our photos?

Your edited gallery is delivered within 7 working days of your session, so you’ll have your festive photos ready to enjoy and share well before Christmas.

What should we wear?

Choose comfortable outfits that coordinate rather than match exactly. Neutral shades, warm seasonal colours and simple textures photograph beautifully. Avoid large logos, fluorescent colours and very busy patterns that could distract from your faces.

What if my child is shy or unsettled?

Our Christmas mini photo sessions are relaxed, and there is no pressure to pose perfectly. We gently guide children through natural interactions, games and cuddles. Arriving ready and on time gives everyone the best opportunity to settle into the experience.

Can we purchase additional photographs?

Yes. Your package includes 6 edited images, and any additional favourites can be purchased directly from your private gallery for £15 per image.

Why must we arrive on time?

Christmas minis run to a fixed, back-to-back schedule and cannot be extended when a family arrives late. Please allow time for parking and arrive ready for your allocated start time.

What if I need to cancel or can’t make my session?

Please let us know as soon as possible if you’re unable to attend. Your £20 booking fee is non-refundable, but any balance you’ve already paid will be refunded if you cancel ahead of your session. As this is a single-date event, we’re unable to offer an alternative session time this year, but do get in touch and we’ll always do our best to help.
