What is your booking process?
We start with a quick chat, over Zoom or in person, to talk through your plans. Once we confirm your date, you’ll get a contract and invoice. A £500 booking fee secures your date (£800 for photo & video). The remaining balance is due four weeks before your wedding.
Do you cover all of Essex?
Yes, everywhere. Essex weddings are a big part of our calendar.
Chelmsford, Billericay, Colchester, Maldon, Braintree, Brentwood, Leigh-on-Sea, Southend and surrounding towns all covered, with no extra travel fees.
Do you shoot at venues like Leez Priory or Gosfield Hall?
Absolutely, we’ve filmed at Leez Priory and we’re excited to shoot more Essex venues. Gosfield Hall, Braxted Park, Hedingham Castle, Maidens Barn, Fennes and Blake Hall are all on our list, they’re the kind of grand, character-filled locations that pair perfectly with a cinematic style. If your day is at one of them, even better — we’d love to be there with you.
Can we book both photo and video together?
Absolutely. Most couples do. You’ll have one creative team working seamlessly together, giving you a consistent look and feel. Plus, booking both saves £200 compared to hiring separately.
How long does it take to receive our photos and film?
You’ll get a sneak peek within 48 hours. The full gallery and films are typically delivered in 4–10 weeks, often sooner. We believe in delivering quality, but we never leave you waiting in the dark.
Do you offer engagement shoots in Essex?
Yes, they're ideal if you want to get comfortable with the camera before the wedding.

When should we book?
Top Essex venues book 12–18 months in advance, especially for summer weekends. If your date’s sooner, get in touch, we occasionally have last-minute availability.
How many hours coverage do we need?
Most couples choose full-day coverage.
As a guide:
5 hours (half day): Ideal for smaller weddings, civil ceremonies, or if you only want the main moments, ceremony, couple portraits, and speeches.
10 hours (full day): The most popular. Usually begins around 2 hours before the ceremony to capture prep, details, and build-up. This normally covers through to first dance + a bit of evening atmosphere.
Need more or less? You can extend or shorten coverage depending on how your day is structured. Every wedding runs differently, I’ll help you choose what fits so nothing important gets missed.
