Yes. You can book photography, videography or one of our combined photo and film collections. Many couples choose our combined packages so every part of their day is captured in a consistent, natural style by one experienced team.

Every wedding is unique, so the number of photographs you receive depends on the length of coverage you choose. For a 5-hour wedding, you'll receive a minimum of 350 professionally edited images, while our 10-hour collections include a minimum of 800 edited photographs. These are minimum numbers, and we often deliver many more if your wedding naturally produces additional meaningful moments. Every image is individually hand-edited and presented in a beautiful online gallery ready to download, share and enjoy.

We know you'll be excited to relive your wedding day, so we always aim to share a selection of preview photographs within 48 hours. Your full gallery is carefully hand-edited in Xiarm's natural, timeless style and is typically delivered within 4–10 weeks, depending on the time of year and the collection you've chosen. If you've booked videography, your films will be delivered within the same timeframe, ensuring every photograph and film receives the attention to detail it deserves.

The weather is one thing we can't control, but it certainly doesn't stop us creating beautiful photographs. After photographing weddings throughout Norfolk in every season, we're used to adapting to whatever the day brings. Rain often creates some of the most romantic and atmospheric images, and if the weather turns, we'll make the most of elegant indoor spaces or wait for a break in the rain whenever possible.

Having photographed weddings at venues such as Pentney Abbey and Hays Wood Retreat, we're experienced in working with changing conditions and available light. Our priority is always to keep you relaxed and enjoying your day, while creating timeless photographs you'll love regardless of the weather.

Yes. We hold both public liability insurance and professional indemnity insurance, giving you complete peace of mind on your wedding day. Many venues require photographers and videographers to provide proof of insurance before they can work on-site, so we're fully covered and happy to provide documentation if requested by your venue.

We take on a limited number of weddings each year to give every couple the time, care and attention they deserve. If you're getting married during the peak spring or summer season, we recommend booking 12–18 months in advance to avoid disappointment. If your wedding is sooner, it's always worth getting in touch, as we occasionally have availability for last-minute bookings.
