Once you’re ready to move forward, I’ll send over your contract and invoice. With a deposit, your date is officially locked in and you’re all set — no one else can take it.

What is your booking process?
Our booking process begins with a Google Meet, Zoom call or in-person meeting so we can learn more about your wedding plans and recommend the most suitable coverage. Once you're happy to proceed, we'll send over your contract and invoice to secure your date.
A £500 booking fee is required for photography-only or videography-only bookings. For couples booking one of our combined wedding photo and video packages, the booking fee is £800. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before your wedding day.
We accept credit and debit card payments and can discuss payment plans where required. Once your booking fee and contract are received, your wedding date is reserved exclusively for you.
Can we pay by Credit Card?
Yes. We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, for all of our wedding photo and video packages.
Payments can be made securely online, giving you a convenient way to reserve your date and manage the cost of your wedding photo and video package. We also accept bank transfers if you prefer.

Higher collections may also include extended films, full ceremony and speech edits, drone footage where permitted, luxury wedding albums, and additional coverage options.

How many hours of coverage do we need?
Most couples benefit from 10 hours of coverage, as this allows us to document the full story of the day without compromise. A typical 10-hour wedding photography and videography package covers everything from morning preparations and the ceremony through to speeches, the first dance and a portion of the evening celebrations.
For smaller weddings, registry office ceremonies or more intimate celebrations, our 5-hour coverage option can be an excellent choice. This is often enough time to capture the ceremony, couple portraits, family photographs and key moments afterwards.
Every wedding is different, which is why we can also offer bespoke coverage if your plans fall somewhere in between or require longer than 10 hours. During your consultation, we'll discuss your timeline and recommend the most suitable coverage to ensure the important moments of your day are captured without feeling rushed.
Do you work with a second photographer or videographer?
Yes. A second photographer or videographer can be added to any of our wedding photo and video packages and is particularly beneficial for larger weddings, celebrations with over 100 guests, or weddings taking place across multiple locations.
Having a second shooter allows us to capture more moments simultaneously. For example, one team member can photograph the bridal preparations while another captures the groom getting ready. During the ceremony and speeches, multiple angles can be recorded without disruption, creating a richer collection of photographs and films.
Many couples booking our wedding photo and video packages choose to add a second shooter because it increases coverage, captures more guest reactions, and helps ensure important moments are documented from different perspectives.
