Our booking process begins with a Google Meet/Zoom call or in-person meeting to understand your requirements. After agreeing on the details, a contract is sent, followed by an invoice. A £500 deposit is required to secure the date, or £800 for both photo and video packages. The final payment is due 4 weeks before the event. We accept credit card payments and offer payment plans.

At Xiarm Films & Photography, we take great pride in delivering fully edited, high-quality images and films that reflect the beauty and emotion of your special day. For this reason, we do not provide raw photos or unedited video footage.

However, if you choose our Luxury Videography Package, we include the raw recordings of your ceremony and speeches alongside your professionally edited wedding film. This ensures you have the full, unfiltered moments while still receiving a polished final product.

Yes. You’ll need a minimum of two shooters one for photo, one for video, so you’d be booking both a photography package and a videography package. The benefit: one seamless team, one company, and coverage that works perfectly together. No drama, no competing for shots, just a polished result and an easy process.

Yes, we travel throughout the UK and internationally. Travel fees apply for destination weddings and events more than 2 hours away from where i'm based in Norfolk, UK.

Aerial footage can add a stunning cinematic perspective to your wedding film, helping showcase your venue, surroundings and the scale of your celebration. As licensed and insured drone operators, we always carry out safety and legal checks before every flight to ensure drone footage can be captured safely on your wedding day.

Yes. Our Luxury Wedding Videography Package includes full-length edits of your ceremony and speeches, captured using a multi-camera setup operated by two professional videographers. This allows us to record multiple angles, reactions and audio sources, creating a complete and immersive film of these important moments. Our Classic Package includes selected speeches within the highlight film, while the Luxury Package is designed for couples who want to relive the full ceremony and speeches exactly as they happened.
